Yet Another Bush lie

The Lie:
Bush Says He Didn’t Link Saddam to 9/11

The Truth:
We were all there. We all heard it. Gore said it best, Bush used the words terrorist, bin laden, saddam all in one breath.

Bush intentionally led us to believe that the direction he was driving would stop the people from attacking us. Even if they were from saudia aribia and not iraq. He knew he was lying at the time.

Bush making us safer?

According to CNN, many FBI agents do not have access to an email account, and only 100 of the 2000 New York FBI agents have a Internet-ready mobile phone. Spokeswoman Cathy Milhoan said 'e-mail addresses are still being assigned, adding that the city bureau's 2,000 employees would all have accounts by the end of the year.'"

Homeland Security Making us safer?

It was recentally reveled in some local news that a texas couple alarmed Bush's fighting christian morality police (Homeland Security) when they made a credit card payment. It seems Bush's christians are watching credit card payments and looking for unusual activity.

I can see how this might help to stop credit card theives. But I can't see why in hell anyone would think that terrorists would use credit cards, or be more likely to use them irregularly.

If I were a secret bad guy (terrorist) I wouldn't make any credit card payments. I would do that regularly and I would never had gotten caught by this bullshit saftey mechinism.

Why are they watching our credit card payments?
Because they can, systems are already set up to watch unusual credit card behavior activity. The credit card companys were doing just fine on there own. Bush stuck his nose in and got involved. But since the system wasn't broken and since Bush's fighting christians didn't have anything better to look for they followed the directions that were already there.

They didn't brainstorm new ideas to protect us they used and misuse the system at hand.

Hell even the low-level guards making minimum wage watching the secret headquarters are starting to take notice:

Associated Press:

The guards have taken their concerns to Congress, describing inadequate training, failed security tests and slow or confused reactions to bomb and biological threats.

For instance, when an envelope with suspicious powder was opened last fall at Homeland Security Department headquarters, guards said they watched in amazement as superiors carried it by the office of Secretary Michael Chertoff, took it outside and then shook it outside Chertoff's window without evacuating people nearby.

Halliburton Co. failed to protect the water supply it is paid to purify for U.S. soldiers throughout Iraq, in one instance missing contamination that could have caused "mass sickness or death," an internal company report concluded.

Bush continues to fuckover WV

The Bush Admin Decreased Fines to mine owners and decreased enforcement on Mine Violations.

Mine owners must be giving Bush a lot of money because we can already count the number of people who have died becuase of Bush's new mining laws. And Bush just keeps pushing for more.

Is it really worth the money Bush?

New Bush Scam

Bush has snuck a loophole into a bill that will allow Energy Companies to get a lot of money selling synthetic fuels.

"a select group of investors and companies will walk away with billions of dollars in tax subsidies, not from oil but from the marketing of a dubious concoction of synthetic fuel produced from coal and dependent on government tax credits tied to the price of oil."

So what's a synthetic fuel?
According to this bill coal sprayed with tree resin qualifies.

Sometimes I wonder if Bush even knows this is going on in his name.
